1. Booking & Payment Terms

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure your session. Payment Details: Account Name: Jetta Sneddon - Sort Code: 11-07-41 | Account No: 13690661
• Deposit Transfers: Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled date once. Subsequent reschedules will require a new deposit.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining session balance is due in full on or before the day of the photoshoot.

2. Creative Control & Artistic Judgment

• Artistic Discretion: The Photographer will perform the services in a style consistent with her portfolio, maintaining final artistic and aesthetic control over editing, composition, and image selection.
• Selection of Images: Image selection and final delivery are at the Photographer's sole discretion; she is under no obligation to deliver every image taken during the session.
• Style Agreement: Disagreements with artistic style or editing decisions do not constitute valid grounds for termination of this agreement or refund requests.

3. Client Cooperation & Expectations

• Mutual Cooperation: Both parties agree to cheerful cooperation and open communication to achieve the best possible result.
• Participant Behaviour: The Photographer is not responsible for missing specific shots if key individuals fail to cooperate during the session.

4. Image Delivery

• Turnaround Time: Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session date, unless agreed otherwise in writing before the session.
